The invention discloses a hydraulic type initiative anti-collision device, and belongs to the field of an automobile safety technology. In order to have good anti-impact performance and meanwhile not to increase the overall length of an automobile, the scheme adopts the following technical measures that an anti-collision beam is divided into a fixed beam and a walking beam, and the walking beam is installed on the fixed beam through a connecting rod, a piston and an oil cylinder. The walking beam can conduct extending movement and withdrawing movement relative to the fixed beam, a walking beam withdrawn locking device is arranged between the fixed beam and the moving beam, and the moving beam withdrawn locking device can lock the withdrawn state of the moving beam; a walking beam driving device is arranged between the fixed beam and the walking beam, and the walking beam driving device can drive the walking beam to extend out. The oil cylinder is communicated with an oil tank through a valve, and a discharge small hole is formed in the oil cylinder or the valve. A range unit is installed on the automobile, the range unit is connected with a computer, and the computer is connected with the walking beam withdrawn locking device. The device has the advantages that larger physical collision space can be obtained, and meanwhile the overall length of the automobile is not increased.
