The invention discloses a rapid detection method of an unmanned aerial vehicle, and is particularly suitable for small and medium type unmanned aerial vehicles with the flying weight smaller than 100 kg. The method can detect whether the unmanned aerial vehicle is in the good state or not and whether the unmanned aerial vehicle can fly or not before the unmanned aerial vehicle flies, and the difficulty of confidential work preparation is reduced; relevant test equipment is not needed, and time is greatly shortened; and the confidential work preparation time is only 1/4 original time. Particularly, under the emergent condition, the unmanned aerial vehicle starts off as soon as possible, and the rapid confidential work preparation method is provided. According to the method, whether systems of the unmanned aerial vehicle is in the normal state or not can be checked, and whether the unmanned aerial vehicle has the flying situation or not is judged; the confidential work preparation time is shortened, and the difficulty of confidential work preparation is reduced; and application of detection equipment is reduced, and working efficiency is greatly improved.
