The invention provides an intelligent and orderly charging and vehicle scheduling management system, and belongs to the field of charging distribution of electric vehicles. The system comprises power grid enterprise management and control charge stations and a power grid regulation and control system and is characterized in that a vehicle scheduling management system and a terminal are arranged, the vehicle scheduling management system is provided with a GIS (geographic information system) map, position information of the power grid enterprise management and control charge stations is recorded in the GIS map, the terminal is provided with a GPS (global positioning system) antenna and information acquisition software, and a detection module is arranged in each power grid enterprise management and control charge station and uses a radio frequency or video detection technique to monitor the occupation state of charging piles in the power grid enterprise management and control charge station. An idle charging pile nearest to a vehicle can be found in a shortest time period, and a power grid enterprise can be helped to balance load of various regions.
