The invention relates to a system for recognizing a vehicle crossing a full line and changing lanes at a traffic intersection. The system comprises a mobile hard disk, an AT89C51 single chip microcomputer, image recognition equipment and high-definition camera equipment, wherein full line image features of the traffic intersection are prestored in the mobile hard disk; the high-definition camera equipment collects images of the traffic intersection to acquire two intersection images at an interval of preset time; the image recognition equipment is connected with the high-definition camera equipment and the mobile hard disk respectively; the two intersection images are processed based on the full line image features respectively; the AT89C51 single chip microcomputer is connected with the image recognition equipment; whether the vehicle crossing the full line and changing the lanes exists at the traffic intersection is determined based on an image processing result. The violation behavior of full line crossing and lane changing of the vehicle at the traffic intersection can be effectively detected, and important reference data are provided for law enforcement of a road traffic control department.
