The invention discloses a sucking disk capable of enhancing frictional force and an adsorption type self-moving device. The sucking disk comprises a sucking disk body (3) and friction pads (301,302), wherein the friction pads can compress an operating surface along with the exhaust of the sucking disk, so that the frictional force between the sucking disk and the operating surface is enhanced. The sucking disk disclosed by the invention has the benefits that when a robot needs larger frictional force, the friction pads (301,302) compresses to the operating surface, so that the frictional force between the sucking disk and the operating surface is enhanced; when a robot does not need overlarge frictional force, the friction pads (301,302) are separated from the operating surface, so that the frictional force between the sucking disk and the operating surface is weakened. In addition, the sucking disk disclosed by the invention also has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in implementation.
