The invention provides a crane balancing weight. The crane balancing weight comprises a bottom plate. A surrounding plate is arranged on the periphery of the bottom plate. A cover plate is arranged at the upper portion of the surrounding plate. A cavity defined by the bottom plate, the surrounding plate and the cover plate is filled with an iron core. Grooves are correspondingly formed in the two opposite side faces of the portion, close to the cover plate, of the surrounding plate. Lifting lugs are arranged in the grooves. Hanging lugs and baffles are arranged on the other two side faces of the surrounding plate. The baffles are located in the grooves formed in the surrounding plate. An existing pig iron integral casting structure is replaced with a steel structure frame, the steel structure is filled with the cast iron core, and the balancing weight function of the balancing weight is achieved. The problem that the flatness of the surfaces of finished products is disqualified due to die precision of a balancing weight directly cast by pig iron in the traditional art is solved, work hours are reduced, and production cost is saved.
