The invention discloses a tire forming capsule rubber matrix and a preparation method thereof. The rubber matrix comprises 70-80 parts of natural rubber SMR20#, 20-30 parts of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber BR9000, 30-40 parts of carbon black N375, 10-20 parts of white carbon black Z175, 2-5 parts of indirect-process zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent RD, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent 4020, 1-3 parts of anti-aging agent DTPD, 2-5 parts of dispersing agent HT-5, 1-3 parts of silane coupling agent SO-69, 3-6 parts of disproportionated rosin, 4-8 parts of aromatic oil, 1-3 parts of sulfur S, 1-3 parts of accelerator CZ, 1-3 parts of accelerator HMT and 0.1-0.2 part of anti-scorching agent CTP. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding a master batch, filtering the master batch, and carrying out end compounding. The butadiene rubber BR9000 and natural rubber are blended to break the regularity of the natural rubber molecular chain and improve the performance of the blended rubber, so that the rubber matrix has the characteristics of high flexibility, excellent elasticity, low hysteresis loss, favorable bending resistance, favorable tear resistance, favorable dynamic properties and the like. The white carbon black is added into the rubber matrix to enhance the tensile strength, bending resistance and tear resistance of the rubber matrix, so that the frequency of use of the tire forming capsule is obviously enhanced.
