The invention provides a manufacturing technology for a fire balloon capable of controlling wind power. The manufacturing technology for the fire balloon capable of controlling the wind power is characterized by comprising the following steps: firstly, a wind driving generating device is added to convert kinetic energy of airflow into mechanical energy; secondly, an electromotor propeller which is capable of rotating in various directions is installed on a hard paperboard; thirdly, the fire balloon is controlled by the propeller to move forwards or turn by using the mechanical energy, if the wind power is stronger, the power is stronger. The manufacturing technology for the fire balloon capable of controlling the wind power has the advantages that by adding the wind driving generating device, wind energy can be converted into the kinetic energy. By installing the electromotor propeller on the hard paperboard, the turning direction of the fire balloon can be automatically adjusted, and the problem that the flight speed and the flight direction rely totally on the wind speed is solved.
