The invention provides a pressure reduction type fire balloon manufacturing process. The pressure reduction type fire balloon manufacturing process is characterized by including the following steps of firstly, arranging propellers on the end faces of the two sides of the outer portion of a hanging basket; secondly, installing electric tail vanes on the end faces of the two sides of the outer portion of the hanging basket; thirdly, installing a wind driven generator on the upper portion of the rear portion of an air bag; fourthly, connecting lines of the wind driven generator with the electric tail vanes. The pressure reduction type fire balloon manufacturing process has the advantages that the electric tail vanes are arranged on the end faces of the two sides of the outer portion of the hanging basket; by means of wind power generation, energy can be saved, the pressure of a fire balloon can be reduced, the bearing capacity of the hanging basket of the fire balloon is improved, the fire balloon can rise to a higher place, and the fire balloon can bear more people.
