To provide a vehicle arm component which is easy to manufacture and cost-effective because of no abrupt cross-section change. A vehicle arm component is formed by pressing a workpiece (W) that is a flat plate extending in a plane formed by a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in stages to thereby butt-joining two side surfaces in the second direction, and is characterized by comprising: a cylindrical portion (10) which is provided along the first direction and has a cylindrical shape; a bracket portion (20) which is provided at each end in the first direction of the cylindrical portion and has an outer diameter increasing outward in the first direction; and two flange portions (30) which are provided in the bracket portion to face each other along the second direction, and in which through-holes (20H) are formed at positions facing each other along the second direction.
