The invention discloses a CCTV ship tracking monitoring method of a ship transportation navigation system. The method comprises the steps of acquiring longitude and latitude of a CCTV monitoring point lens and the height to the water surface; acquiring the height, width and length of a monitored ship; acquiring longitude and latitude, course, speed, draught information and data generation time of the ship on real time; predicating the longitude and latitude of the current position of the monitored ship; calculating the horizontal deflection angle and horizontal distance of the monitored ship relative to the monitoring point lens; acquiring the vertical deflection angle of the monitored ship, relative to the monitoring point lens; acquiring focus distance for the lens to monitor the ship; controlling cloud deflection and adjusting the lens to reach the corresponding focus value; repeating the steps above, so as to achieve the tracking monitoring for the ship through the CCTV monitoring point lens. With the adoption of the method, the ships of different size and course states have the same proportion in the monitoring screen during tracking and monitoring, and therefore, a good tracking monitoring effect can be reached.
