The invention provides a manufacturing process of an anti-thunder airship. The manufacturing process is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, discharging brushes are arranged on airship wings of the airship; 2, PET capacitors are arranged between the airship wings and an arrester; 3, diodes are arranged behind the PET capacitors. The manufacturing process has the advantages that the discharging brushes can divide thunder currents encountering the airship out of the airship body, and thunder is guided to be released to the sky; the base membrane insulation performance of the PET capacitors is good, the dielectric property is good, chemical corrosion is resisted, heat contraction and thickness are stable, and voltages which are not released completely can flow out of the negative electrodes of the diodes.
