The invention provides an antifriction airship and a manufacturing method of the antifriction airship. The antifriction airship is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, supporting wheels and an extruding wheel are arranged below an airship body, and the axes of the supporting wheels and the axis of the extruding wheel are horizontally arranged; 2, the one extruding wheel is located over the position between the two supporting wheels, and a first antifriction roll and a second antifriction roll are arranged at the positions, on the two sides of the extruding wheel, of a rack respectively; 3, when the airship runs, the first antifriction roll and the second antifriction roll can prevent metal profiles from scratching the rack in the bending process. The antifriction airship and the manufacturing method have the advantages that the metal profiles can be bent by being in interaction with the extruding wheel, the function of bearing the metal profiles can be achieved, the metal profiles are prevented from sliding down, and the first antifriction roll and the second antifriction roll can prevent the metal profiles from scratching the rack in the bending process. When the airship lands, friction between the airship and the ground can be avoided.
