The invention provides isoprene-styrene-butadiene high styrene rubber containing random gradient sections and a preparation method thereof. The structural formula is [I1->S1-I2/S2-B3] n-Y, wherein Y is Si or Sn, n is a branching degree, and n is larger than or equal to 2.5 and is smaller than or equal to 4. I1->S1 is a polystyrene and polyisoprene gradient section copolymer; I2/S2 is a polystyrene and isoprene random section copolymer; B3 is a butadiene homopolymer; in the structural formula, the mass fraction of the gradient section of the polystyrene and polyisoprene gradient section is 30-70 wt%, the mass fraction of the random section of the polystyrene and polyisoprene gradient section is 25-60 wt%, and the mass fraction of the butadiene homopolymer is 5-10 wt%; the high styrene rubber provided by the invention has the properties of high hardness, high strength, good elasticity and high branching degree, and when being used with a variety of synthetic rubber or natural rubber, the high styrene rubber can improve the rigidity, harness, wear resistance, tear resistance, dielectric properties and the like of a rubber product.
