The invention relates to the field of rubber, and discloses a rubber composition based on solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, and vulcanized rubber and a preparation method and applicationthereof. The composition contains a component A, a component B and a component C which are independently stored or stored in a mixed manner, wherein the component A contains base rubber, white carbonblack and a surface modifier for coupling, and the base rubber is solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber or a mixture of the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber;the component B contains carbon black, anhydrite, an activating agent, an anti-aging agent and a softening agent; and the component C contains a vulcanizing agent and a vulcanization accelerator. Thevulcanized rubber prepared from the rubber composition based on the solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber can reduce the rolling resistance of a rubber material on the premise that the wet skid resistance, tensile strength and elongation at break of the rubber material are kept basically unchanged.

    本发明涉及橡胶领域,公开了一种基于溶聚丁苯的橡胶组合物和硫化橡胶及其制备方法和应用,该组合物中含有独立保存或者混合保存的组分A、组分B和组分C,所述组分A中含有基础橡胶、白炭黑和用于偶联的表面改性剂,所述基础橡胶为溶聚丁苯橡胶或者溶聚丁苯橡胶与顺丁橡胶的混合物;所述组分B中含有炭黑、硬石膏、活化剂、防老剂和软化剂;所述组分C中含有硫化剂和硫化促进剂。由本发明提供的基于溶聚丁苯的橡胶组合物制备的硫化橡胶能够在保持胶料抗湿滑性、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率基本不变的前提下,降低胶料的滚动阻力。
