The invention discloses a main shaft and reel coupling structure for a lifter. The main shaft and reel coupling structure comprises a reel which sleeves a main shaft, wherein a left supporting ring and a right supporting ring are fixedly connected to a left web plate and a right web plate of the reel respectively and correspondingly, a left bulging sleeve and a right bulging sleeve are correspondingly mounted in the left supporting ring and the right supporting ring respectively and sleeve the main shaft, and the two ends of the main shaft are respectively connected into a left bearing seat and a right bearing seat through bearings. The main shaft and reel coupling structure for the lifter has the advantages that the machining cost of the main shaft can be greatly reduced, and the machining efficiency is increased; the assembling process is greatly simplified, and the weight of a main shaft device is reduced; the coupling manner is simple and reliable.
