A seat lifter structure (20) of the present invention has: an input shaft provided at a seat cushion (24), and rotating when operational force is received; an output shaft (58) connected to the input shaft, and, when the input shaft rotates, rotating in a same direction as the input shaft; a link mechanism (46) connected to the output shaft (58), when the output shaft (58) rotates in a first direction, the link mechanism (46) moving the seat cushion (24) downward in a vehicle body vertical direction, and when the output shaft (58) rotates in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction, the link mechanism (46) moving the seat cushion (24) upward in the vehicle body vertical direction; and an abutting portion provided at the output shaft (58), and, when the input shaft rotates in the first direction, abutting a friction surface that is provided at the seat cushion (24) or the input shaft.
