The embodiment of the invention discloses a rotor wing driving system. The rotor wing driving system is characterized in that at least three first steering engines co-operate to enable a lower rotor wing inclined disc to incline towards a directional and specific direction, so that all a lower rotor wing inclined disc-moving, an inclined arm pulling rod-lower and a propeller holder inclined arm-lower rotor wing move, so that a first propeller holder can be driven to generate torsion relative to a propeller hub of a lower rotor wing; at least three second steering engines co-operate to enable an upper rotor wing inclined disc to incline towards a directional and specific direction, so that all an upper rotor wing inclined disc-moving, an upper rotor wing reverse rod-L arm, an upper rotor wing reverse rod-lower, a pulling rod, an upper rotor wing reverse rod-upper, an inclined arm pulling rod-upper and a propeller holder inclined arm-upper rotor wing move, so that a second propeller holder can be driven to generate torsion relative to a propeller hub of an upper rotor wing. The rotor wing driving system disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that in the scheme, the structure of the rotor wing driving system is simplified, so that the problems of low production efficiency and inconvenient adjustment and maintenance of the process can be solved.
