The invention discloses a vector propelling device of a water-surface unmanned platform, and belongs to the field of ship manufacturing. The vector propelling device comprises a power source, a curved support, a rotatable rib plate, a push rod, a propeller and a transmission connecting structure, wherein the power source is arranged at one end of the curved support and connected with the input end of a transmission connecting piece, the other end of the curved support is connected with one end of the rotatable rib plate and one end of the push rod, the output end of the transmission connecting piece is connected with the other end of the rotatable rib plate and the propeller, and the other end of the push rod is connected with a steering engine. The vector propelling device is simple in structure, convenient to control and small in hold capacity occupation, and the direction of thrust can be changed to achieve vector propelling of the water-surface unmanned platform.
