The invention discloses a rocker structure of a gearshift device for an electric forklift. The rocker structure is characterized in that a rocker comprises a lower rectangular pipe and an upper round pipe with a round section, the rectangular pipe with a rectangular section is positioned in a shell, a plastic connector made by plastic injection molding is arranged between the rectangular pipe and the round pipe, and the rectangular pipe and the round pipe are fixedly connected into a whole by the aid of the plastic connector. The upper surface of the plastic connector is provided with a supporting platform formed by horizontal extension, the supporting platform is used for mounting of a helical compression spring, the lower end of the rectangular pipe is provided with a hinge hole, a mounting barrel used for mounting of a limiting mechanism is penetratingly arranged on the rectangular pipe at the upper end of the hinge hole, and a handle is mounted at the upper end of the round pipe. The rocker structure has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in production, convenience for hinging and arrangement of the handle, and realization of limiting of three gears including a front gear, a middle gear and a rear gear of the rocker due to mounting of a limiting structure.
