The invention discloses an elevator maintenance safety pin mechanism and relates to the technical field of elevators. The elevator maintenance safety pin mechanism comprises a safety pin, a safety pin fixing plate, a safety pin inserting plate and a UKS switch, the safety pin fixing plate is fixed on an upper beam of a car, the safety pin penetrates the safety pin fixing plate and is inserted into a hole in the safety pin inserting plate fixed on a car guide rail, the UKS switch is fixed on the safety pin fixing plate, an eccentric mechanism is arranged on the safety pin and matched with the UKS switch, and when the safety pin rotates, the eccentric mechanism can turn on the USK switch. The safety pin which is simple in structure is adopted to electrically and mechanically lock an elevator, so that safety of maintenance personnel is guaranteed. The elevator maintenance safety pin mechanism is simple and reliable in structure and convenient to mount.
