The invention provides a false-start-prevention control policy for an electric vehicle. The false-start-prevention control policy for the electric vehicle comprises a vehicle control unit power-on detection step, a component state detection step, a motor driving system working state detection step, a sensor detection step and an electric vehicle idle state time control step, wherein the component to be detected comprises a seat position switch, a brake pedal switch, a gear switch and a switch pedal; working state parameters of a motor driving system comprise motor rotation speed, power, voltage, current, temperature and a working mode. The false-start-prevention control policy for the electric vehicle has the advantages that the false-start-prevention control policy and method for the electric vehicle judge the states of a vehicle control unit, the seat position switch, the brake pedal switch, the gear switch, the switch pedal, a charging switch and a motor driving system, and judge whether the automobile vehicle is at a safety start state; the damage from all false-start operations caused by external factors is blocked, accidents are prevented, and the safety and the reliability of the vehicle are greatly improved.
