The invention relates to a navigation control system switching lanes according to the oil mass of a ship. The navigation control system comprises a capacitive oil mass sensor, a lane oil consumption calculator, a user input device, a controller and a ship driving device, wherein the capacitive oil mass sensor sends the current oil mass of the ship, the lane oil consumption calculator calculates the current lane of the ship and expected navigation oil consumption of a plurality of substituting lanes, the controller is connected with the capacitive oil mass sensor, the lane oil consumption calculator, the user input device and the ship driving device, and when the current oil mass is lower than the navigation control starting oil mass set by the user input device, a lane switching strategy of the ship driving device is decided according to the comparison of the current fuel quantity, the expected fuel consumption of the current lane, and the expected fuel consumption of other alternative lanes. Due to the control system, the alternative lanes needing lower oil consumption can be provided for the ship to continue travel when the current oil mass of the ship covers the current lane.
