The invention discloses an underframe assembly comprising an underframe (10) and door boxes (20) with lugs (201). Supporting plates (102) and limiting plates (103) in plug-in fit with the lugs (201) are vertically arranged on the underframe (10), and the lugs (201), the supporting plates (102) and the limiting plates (103) are fixed through fixing units. The invention further discloses an aerial work platform comprising the underframe assembly. Reliable connection between the door boxes (20) and the underframe (10) of the underframe assembly is realized by plug-in connection and fixation of the lugs (201) on the door boxes (20) and the supporting plates (102) and the limiting plates (103) on the underframe (10).
