The railroad vibration control device (S) includes a first cylinder device (A) and a second cylinder device (D), the first cylinder device (A) includes a first cylinder body (C1), a pump (12) configured to supply hydraulic pressure to the first cylinder body (C1), and a hydraulic pressure circuit (LC) configured to adjust a thrust force generation direction and a thrust force of the first cylinder body, the second cylinder device (D) includes a second cylinder body (C2) and a damper circuit (DC) configured to cause the second cylinder body (C2) to function as a damper, and the hydraulic pressure circuit (LC) and the damper circuit (DC) are the same circuit.
