A system, comprising: one or more optical targets for disposal on one or more objects, the one or more optical targets comprising: a first optical target comprising a first April tag pattern of first black shapes on a first white background, and a second optical target disposed at a distance from the first optical target, the second optical target comprising a second April tag pattern of second black shapes on a second white background, the second April tag pattern being different than the first April tag pattern; a target tracking device for disposal on a structure, the target tracking device being configured to track the one or more optical targets and a reference point set at a known position relative to the first optical target and the second optical target, and the target tracking device comprising a camera configured to take one or more images of the first and second optical targets, the camera having four axes of movement; and a controller that is configured to receive data from the target tracking device, and control the structure using the data received from the target tracking device. 19491202_1 (GHMatters) P116809.AU.1
