Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention is a rotor driving system wherein at least three first steering actuators make a lower rotor swashplate-orientation tilt in a specific direction through mutual coordination work, thus a lower rotor swashplate-moving, an inclined arm pull rod-lower and a propeller clamp tilt arm-lower rotor are all in motion, therefore the first blade clamping body can be driven to twist relative to the lower rotor hub. At least three second steering actuators make an upper rotor swashplate-orientation tilt in a specific direction through mutual coordination work, thus an upper rotor swashplate-moving, an upper rotor steering rod-L arm, an upper rotor steering rod-lower, a pull rod, an upper rotor steering rod-upper, an inclined arm pull rod- upper, and a propeller clamp tilt arm-upper rotor are all in motion, therefore the second blade clamping body can be driven to twist relative to the upper rotor hub. Hence, in the solution, the structure of the rotor drive system is simplified, which can solve the problems of low production efficiency of the process and of inconvenient debugging and maintenance.
