Extension of inductive control system previously used by West German railroads primarily for checking alertness of engine drives to visual signals, to speed control of trains traveling along guarded sections such as go-slow section preceding construction site, steep gradient, etc; automatic brake action is initiated if admissible speed is exceeded.
