May 15 n 10 p 92-4: Interaction of factors in accident occurrence; about 25% of all drivers, including people with medical conditions, alcoholism, and problems associated with aging, have relative impairment to performing driving tasks; five classes of countermeasures to reduce accidents are proposed and discussed.
