Cirrus I II, or Armstrong-Siddeley Genet engine; rather wide fuselage for side-by-side seats; construction of fuselage and wing described in detail; one size of steel tube throughout fuselage which is in three sections; duralumin frames instead of transverse struts; wings of steel spars carrying duralumin ribs; calculated top speed is well over 100 m.p.h.; no vertical fin surface; floats and landing gear interchangeable.
