In order to get the size and characteristics of passenger flow in the future in Guangzhou-Shenzhen(Hongkong) high speed railway, the paper studies the forecast question. Firstly, the Gray Forecast Model is applied on calculation of GDP, population and employee number in traffic district along the railway. Secondly, after carefully analysed the four step traffic forecast method, the paper calculate number of passenger flow generation and attraction, passenger flow distribution and passenger flow proportion of high speed railway. At last, the forecast result of passenger flow in 2020 and 2030 is worked out.
