The calculation of logistics cost is of great significance for the companies. However, as the basis for the calculation of logistics cost, the environment effect is not taken into consideration in logistics cost calculation for the time being. Consequently, the total cost in logistics activity can not be reflected truly so that the healthy and sustainable development of the company will be affected. According to environmental value theory, the present thesis is going to put forward an proposal that the healthy logistics cost shall be taken into consideration while calculating the total cost in all logistics activities for an enterprise. In other words, environment cost shall be taken into consideration in the composition of logistics cost for a company, and moreover, an structure model is offered for the cost of healthy logistics for the enterprise.
