The paper analyzes the economic effect of the information modeling technologies (BIM) implementation for the main participants of the infrastructure facilities life cycle, the dependence of increasing investment attractiveness on the degree of integration of processes into the BIM environment are determined. The relevance of the topic is due to the requirement of using BIM for infrastructure projects implemented with the state capital participation from 2022. Analytical method is the main research method in the paper, the stage of assessing the reasons of the BIM using is carried out on the sociological method.
