Aerial imagery can be a valuable tool for monitoring accidents, providing a detailed and comprehensive view of the affected area. Aerial imagery can be used for accident monitoring assessment of damage, identifying the cause of an accident, search, and rescue operations, planning for disaster response, and providing instant help to that affected area in the form of the ambulance, fire services, and inform traffic police for controlling traffic in that area simultaneously. Over 1.5 lakh people each year pass away on Indian roadways, which equates to a regular of 1130 accidents and 422 fatalities per day or 47 accidents and 18 deaths per hour. It is underlined that the integrated rescue system's component pieces’ primary function is to aid traffic accident victims. The intervention process is illustrated using a real‐world traffic collision, focusing on releasing people from smashed‐up cars and providing pre‐hospital emergency care. Proposals for the safe rescue of victims, the provision of (first) assistance, and the eradication of intervention‐related problems sum up the assessment of traffic accidents and the ways of their resolving. Overall, aerial imagery can be a powerful tool for monitoring accidents and managing their aftermath. It provides a detailed and comprehensive view of the affected area, allowing for quick and effective decision‐making.
