The contradictions between unreasonable terminal aircraft flight separation and rapidly increasing air traffic are prominent. Researches on the terminal control separation allowance are of vita importance to enhance aerodrome capacity and reduce fight delay. Based on the actual Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) data of certain airport whose capacity was the third one of China, the terminal aircraft separations algorithm was proposed in this paper. The impact of aerodrome capacity, departure landing sequence and direction change of runway on flight separation were discussed.
