A method for loading description has been developed in the framework of vehicle loadings. The simplified fatigue method can be applied to any structure under complex loadings when the phase relationship among load directions is approximately constant. Both the loading description and fatigue damage assessment allow for an analysis of the structure's weakest point for testing.
