Aspects of data collection required to make pipeline rehabilitation decisions are reviewed. The use of intelligent pig, close-interval, and other cathodic protection (CP) survey data, hydrotest results, and innovative CP methods are discussed. Analysis of structural integrity testing and soil conditions are considered for use in decision-making.
