(continued from Vol. 2 pp 1575-1608) Following March 3rd submittal of the primary paper for publication in the Forum proceedings, the authors continued study of this key rotorcraft topic. Our interest centered around two questions, which were: 1. Are current and past helicopters really comparable to modern turboprop airliners or do they more parallel the historical trends of General Aviation? 2. Is there a pseudo, universal, all aircraft Size Factor (i.e., a scaling parameter) that can separate features from size as a price driver? To answer these two questions, 126 General Aviation (GA) fixed wing airplanes were researched for price, escalation factor, geometry and performance data. This GA data was added to the airliner data bank. This brought the total fixed wing aircraft count up to 289 'machines'. From this expanded airplane data bank, revised and new impressions of historical fixed wing price trends became apparent using regression analysis. After contrasting GA with airliners, the data bank for 118 helicopters and 2 tiltrotors was added bring the total number of aircraft to 409. From this data bank, regression analysis was used to answer the two questions asked above. This additional study and resulting insight was considered, by the authors, to be of sufficient value to warrant a supplemental appendix to the primary paper found in the bound volume of Forum papers. This supplemental appendix includes a complete tabulation of key data for GA aircraft.
