In this study a useful corrosion protection and repair method of marine concrete structures was investigated by means of the electrodeposition of minerals. Electrodeposition continued for 1 to 3 months under the current density of 0 to 5 A/m2. The amount of deposits formed upon the concrete surface increased with increasing the applied current. The coefficient of water permeability of concrete made less than 1/30 of that of unelectrodeposited concrete. Electrodeposits reduced chloride ion penetration into concrete to less than 1/7.
