Development of a high speed integrated automation line which produces automotive multi-functional IC regulators covering entire processes from thick film printing to assembly and inspection. This line enabled us to obtain a drastically high speed cycle time for thick film printing and other assembly processes, and an ultimate mixed-model flexible production with least changeover time loss. A great number of new technologies were developed such as fine processing fully utilization pattern recognition technology so that we could assure high productivity and excellent quality.
