Stabilization of a scalar unstable stochastically disturbed stationary linear object is studied. A regulator is synthesized for a discrete model in the frequency region by using the Wiener-Hopf method. An example of synthesis of an optimal discrete system is constructed for stabilization of a helicopter by yaw angle, whose transfer function is characterized by oscillational instability.
