In this paper, with the theory of Job-Shop scheduling, we apply this theory to station operation optimization for high-speed railway, take station equipment capacity, conflicts in inbound road and outbound road, station dwell time as the space and time constraints, minimize the train dwell time as the optimization goal, build the high-speed railway station operation optimization model, establish the corresponding Lagrangian relaxation (LR) model of station operation, and design the optimization algorithm for high-speed railway station technique operation.
