In order to achieve associated design of multi-discipline in aircraft development, a method of associated design based on skeleton model is proposed. Firstly, a method to establish the multi-level skeleton models which can realize the transmission of design intention is proposed and the top skeleton model which can be broke down into more subassembly skeleton model is gained from the general layout; secondly, after a analysis of the longitudinal and transvestite design data among all the skeleton models of an aircraft, a constraint network model among all skeleton models is established to realize the association or unity of design data. Thirdly, the key steps and principles are introduced. Finally, a wing is set as an example to validate this method.
