The simple algorithm of design of the fixed offshore deepwater mariner platforms under action of the harmonic and the random waves is presented. It allows us to find the amplitude-frequency characteristic in dependence of the mainframe parameters and of the waves parameters. The harmonic and the stochastic linearization method is applied for the nonlinear elastic force and for the nonlinear waves excitation. This method gives the analytical expression of the spectral density of solution which describes the platform motion.
