In this paper we made a systemic analysis and study of the accurate orientation technology of Four Latent Points Photo-grammetry, established the mathematic model of using four beaconings to measure the exact position of the object in the space, and deduced the calculation formula. This paper took the helicopter's secure guiding and landing system on the ships as an example, established the mathematics model and the computation formula that mark the precision position of helicopter in the space with four laser beaconing so that work out spatial coordinate position of the helicopter, and proceeded to deduce and analyze the measurement error of the photo-grammetry at the same time. In order to verify the accuracy of photo-grammetry, we particularly did an emulation experiment in the four latent points system made up of four laser diodes, and found out the computing error between a computed value and a theoretically correct value was less than 10 centimeters.
