The paper is devoted to the crew simulation model (CSM) development for the analysis of a metabolism with a space vehicle (SV) manned habit intended for research of interaction between crew, its environment and individual subsystems of the integrated life support system (ILSS) on the design, ground medical/technical tests and providing of the ILSS operation in manned flight. The CSM describes dynamics of the consumption and abjection by crew of metabolism main products: the oxygen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, trace contaminants, potable water, urine and heat. The initial data at simulating are the sex, anthropometrical individuality and diet kinds for each member of crew. The CSM is based on model the mass and energy exchange of an human body (MEEHB) and includes descriptions of the main functional systems of an one: blood circulations, thermoregulation, external respiration and the water-salt balance, controlled by the central nervous system.
