The basic sources of vibration, noise and torques, transmitted case from a gyrodine, are dynamical unbalance of a rotor, errors of manufacturing of bearings and finite rigidity of the shaft. The requirements on these parameters for electric motors are not so stiff. But for gyrodines these requirements become paramount. The perturbing torques of the gyrodine, which is the effector of system of orientation, cause additional vibrations of a space vehicle, as multimass elastic system, that reduces accuracy of its orientation. For development and serial manufacture of gyrodines it is necessary to have a torquemeter for constant and alternate torques. The maximal torque of such a torquemeter -0.2 Nm, threshold of sensitivity -0.5.10-4 Nm. Constant and slowly varying torques with frequency up to 5 Hz can be measured on a torquemeter constructed on the principle of power compensation. The platform of a torquemeter has one measuring axis and is mounted on elastic three-tape supports which are set up on a quasi-zero torsional rigidity. For measurement of torque variation with frequency more than 5 Hz, the stand is equipped with the second measuring channel constructed on the basis of an accelerometer with a wide passband (up to 500 Hz). The accelerometer is mounted near to a site of the gyrodine. The signal from an accelerometer is proportional a high-frequency component of torque, which is not compensated by system of power compensation. Thus, the torquemeter covers the whole range of frequencies interesting for the consumer. The block diagram of the torquemeter, its frequency characteristic and conditions of setup of supports with quasi-zero torsional rigidity are shown.
