When properly maintained, calibrated and operated, the Chart Processor is capable of providing one of the most accurate means of manually integrating orifice meter charts. The intent of this paper is to supply maintenance guidelines and tips to insure the overall accuracy of the Chart Processor and possibly reduce or prevent down time. Operational checks and preventative maintenance measures can be broken down into three categories based on the frequency with which they should be performed. These categories are: Daily, Weekly, and Periodic.
