Recently vibration analysis for ship structures has become more important due to the requirement for more accurate natural frequency. Computer programs are newly developed in order to perform the detailed vibration analysis successfully. They consist of 21 independent programs dealing with ship hull vibration, superstructure vibration and coupled vibration of ship's hull and superstructure. Transfer matrix method is adopted to compute natural frequency and vibration amplitude for the propeller or the engine exciting force. This paper describes the outline of computer programs and some examples of applications to the actual ship's. (Wassmann)
