A subsea one-atmosphere chamber has been designed which encapsulates the wellhead production tree, valves, and control systems on the ocean floor, establishing a dry, shirt sleeve environment for equipment servicing and repair. Setup procedures and chamber operations are provided in the report, as well as a synopsis of the finite element methods used in the analysis of the chamber structure. The pressure vessel rules of ASME, American Bureau of Shipping. Lloyd's Register of Shipping, and Det Norske Veritas were utilized in the chamber design and analysis.
